• Good evening everyone!  It is a fine Saturday evening.  The kids have friends over… tall friends!  Any guesses??? 

  
  

  Some of us are in physical repair mode.  That means we are in the process of healing after some affliction such as a cold for me; and some sort of flu thing for Tom.  We are hanging out alone (for the most part) so as not to share it with the other 14 people who live here nor their company.  So far, so good! 

  
  

  I was not going to attempt to attend the two (2) funerals scheduled for today, but my dear husband kind of insisted so we just kept away from eveyone as best we could for the first service, and then bailed on the 2nd.  We really wanted to attend both.  They were both radiant believers who had been taken home way before “their” time.  It is just a different thing when people have gone to be with their beloved Lord and you know Him too!  We all worshipped the Lord at the end of the service and it was really sweet, esp., cause the young woman (only 31 y/o) had chosen the songs herself.  Like “Enough” and “I Can Only Imagine”.
