Month: May 2006

  • Yesterday, Farmer Joe, was in the kitchen looking down at the floor when, all of a sudden, out of his little 3 y/o mouth came, "For Crying Out Loud, there are ants in here!"

The next very cool thing that happened was last night.... Diana Sue... (remember from just a couple days ago, right on this site, ... the picture of us at 9-10 years old); well.... she e-mailed me from out of the blue.  How excited I am to hear from her.  I am really hoping to be able to be close again.  We could see each other possibly as she isn't living that far away... maybe 4-5 hours.  I am very happy she wrote me.

  • Here's an interesting shot.

It is Curtis & Sharalee's entry looking toward the kitchen on left & Great Room on Right.

  •

Steve just got through mowing the lawn with Tom's new lawn mower... and then afterwards driving around the new lawn sweeper.

When Steve did get around to the front yard, he let "Farmer Joe" ride along and even steer a little.  Joy was evident!

Here is a picture of Farmer Joe a few months ago.

(I wasn't quick enough to get a picture of the mower scene.)

  • Starting a new job today away from home.  Part-time at a different doctor's office.  Praise God, my hair looks almost normal.

Here is an old picture of my cousin, Diana Sue and myself.  We played together as much as we could when we were little.  Haven't seen her for many years now.

I better go get myself together... I am a little rusty after 5 months of being off.

    Blessings you all!

Here are two more shots of Jet.  It was weird how I just fell in love with him immediately.... He kind of seemed to like me too!

  • We went to Costco and I saw this absolutely gorgeous dog in the store.  I told my family about him.  You might imagine my shock  when the next time I went to Costco... there he was again, and I had my camera so here he is.  His name is Jet and he is very old.  He rode to Costco with his owner, a little old lady, on Ben Franklin Transit Dial-A-Ride.  There was something very sweet about him.  He was very tall for a poodle.

I have more pictures of him.  I will look for them and post another one too.

  • This morning we went for a little drive with our friends Mark & Lisa... and we saw this about 20 minutes from home.  Fortunately I had my trusty camera and so I snapped a shot.

You can probably guess who it immediately put me in mind of, huh?
