Here’s some more property we looked at. It is 3 acres in a very nice developement and this piece is very private with a view of farm acres in one direction and hills in the other. Tom really, really likes this piece.
Well I had to grab those tractor photos for my collection. Anyone ought to be able to enjoy a classic tractor, very nicely restored. The property looks inviting as well. Big sweeping views of subtle lanscapes. I like having the back of the house facing North. That way you can have your blinds open and get the mild north lighting with privacy. Of course, those factors would be different in such a secluded area in the NW where the sun is not quite so intense as it is is here in SA.
Dad loved the tractor picture and as far as the property goes, GO FOR IT. God isn’t making anymore land you know.The population is growing as we speak. I am sure the neighbors would be much better if you know what I mean.
