Here is an impromptu picture of John & Sue. They bought the Winnebago Adventurer pictured in a few posts back.
We really like these guys. I think we may have made some new friends.
Thanks Mom & Dad for the new friends.
This is what happens when I am multi-jobbing. When leaving a call back number, I gave out the prefix of the place where I was working, then the last four digits were from my other doctor's office job. Hmmmm! It is just gonna take a while to get all my compartments separated and "boundaries" set with which I can live.
Here is a picture for the day!
Yesterday I did a really embarassing thing.... we were really busy at the surgeon's office and it was my second day... the doctor's wife is the office nurse. There was a phone call for the doctor's wife, she accidentally cut it off, and the phone rang again.... I answered saying, "Dr. Trotta's wife", instead of "Dr. Trotta's office". I caught myself and corrected, but the gal on the other end of the phone started laughing. I begged her not to tell on me. ![]()
Here is a pic of my good friend, Ruth, and her daughter, Dawna, who is visiting from Pennsylvania. They stopped by the office yesterday & I had my camera!!!![]()
Guess what happened?
The Dunbar family was on the road in their suburban. (Joseph calls it the "big bourbon") It seems Joseph (now 3.5 yrs old) needed to go pee pee. Sharalee told him when they stopped for gasoline, he could go in a cup. So they stopped, Curtis got out to fill up the "big bourbon" with gas, and Sharalee took the pepsi cup, dumped the pop outside, and gave it to Joseph. Joseph did his business in the cup. Sharalee, not feeling comfortable dumping it just anywhere, sat it back in the cup holder.
They drive off and are talking and visiting and such, when Curtis picks up the pepsi cup and takes a sip.
He spit it out as it was slightly warm pee pee, not pepsi.
Sharalee felt real bad...
she said she wasn't even thinking about it being "not pepsi" since they were driving and chatting. So now Curtis has drank pee.
Someone trying to console him, said, "well, at least it was little boy pee!"

Ok, I made it through day one at the new job. I got off work at 7:45 PM. I arrived at 8:20 AM. The boss has already asked me to come in more... like tues & thurs afternoons and/or fridays for the whole day. Oh, no... what am I to do?
My poor friends are getting neglected! I need to get more organized. Sonnie, where are you? Maybe I need to say "no" more.
Or just "no more"!
Here is a picture of nephew Noah, Mary sent me. I asked if I could put it on here so you all could see what a grown-up young man he has become. She said, "yes".. so here it is! ![]()
Your blogs and your comments are so refreshing and really meet a need in my life to be connected to my family and friends. Thanks everyone. ![]()
Tomorrow I start my other new job! I start work at a surgeons office in Richland. It is only part time and should not interfere with my other doctor's office job which is tuesdays & thursdays AM. mostly.
What a life!!! The Lord is so good. I love to actually see His goodness! Sometimes I think it takes special eyes to be able to see it. Eyes He gives us. It is a good prayer, I think, to ask Him to give one eyes to see His goodness! Blessings........ ![]()
