Went to Bible Study last night... it was good!  It was outstanding actually.  There is something so sweet about Wednesday night Bible Studies.  He sits on a stool, talks about his family... and I love him being a dad.  He talks about being a husband and father... he has a way of totally relating to you and me and yet he is the pastor.  He is real, not phony.... he has a great sense of humor... he is smart.... but most of all he really knows the Lord and His Word. 

Anyway enough about him... let's talk about me!    So I woke up in the night and lay there awake for a little while, then I thought, Oh yeah... I am gonna pray for people.... so I prayed for everyone in my family one by one.  It was really good for me and I think the Lord liked it too!  There were a couple of people that I realized I haven't prayed for in a while.  So thanks folks for being in my prayers and keepming me company in the night.

Here Sharalee is modeling a t-shirt that SOMEBODY left here.  We are trying to figure out WHO it belongs to, but she is liking it pretty good and it does fit her even with the baby and all!  So if anyone out there recognizes this shirt, please let us know before Sharalee carrying Elizabeth gets any bigger and the shirt permanently becomes a maternity shirt! 

   On the left we had some peoples over on Sunday to watch the game.  The Oklahoma and Boise game was the best.  We got most of it recorded and watched it over again (the end of it) on Sunday cause everyone hadn't gotten to see it.

I have found I do enjoy football more when other people are watching too, especially people who love the game and get excited.  Otherwise, I prefer to knit or crochet and cuddle with UncleTom while watching!

   It has been nice chatting with you, but I really have been doing all the talking..... so now it is your turn. 

   Well, I better go get back to finish up the last load of laundry before it gets real wrinkled.  I will try to take more pictures etc. for here. 

   Had fun at work yesterday.  Got to meet the new gal, who so puts me in mind of my favorite "kute kissin kousin from kansas".  Liked her right away.  Finished my work, told Deb goodbye and to let me know if she needs me again.  She said, well, Sue isn't really starting until the end of the month... I said, "ok, see you tomorrow!"  She smiled.  She also told me her and her husband had a propositiion for me.  They want to know if I would do some presentations about once a week.... I said, "then I would have to know everything you know..." she just shook her head up & down with a grin!  It would stretch me... it would be a big responsibility.... might be fun.  I asked my husband.  He is ok with it and thinks it might open more opportunities.  I will do whatever the Lord says.  Afterall, my hubby will be working for another few years anyway. 

   A patient called last week, when I was almost alone in the office and was desparate for her pain medication to be refilled.  I pulled her chart which clearly said "no refills".  Told her I was sorry, but it says "no refills" plainly... she was so desparate sounding and pleading so I said, "well, I can ask the other doctor about a one time fill just so you can make it to your appointment... but....  I will have to call you back."  I was dreading calling her back and telling her "no", but lo and behold she called me back sounding very "relieved" and saying she had found some "old samples" she could use until her appointment.  I said, "ok!" 

   This week when I went in to work, the pharmacy had faxed a couple pages wanting it verified that a "kathy, had called in a refill for this particular pain medication on such & such a date for that very patient.  I thought that explains a lot.  She called me back after she got my name, letting me off the hook, because she was gonna call it in herself.  I called the Pharmacy and told them I in no way ordered that refill.... and he said a detective was investigating that particular person for drug abuse and fraud, etc.  I got to give a written testimony... and write a letter of dismissal to the patient from care at our office.  I now have a different name I use when calling in scripts.
