First Tomato
Wanted you all to see the very first tomato to arrive on the vine 4/2007. Here are two pictures of “Hot Tomato”, as she has been affectionately named. You will notice there are other babes on the vine coming along soon. I don’t know why I feel so excited about this!!!

Wait a Minute there!!!! You are not gonna eat my baby!!!! Well, at least let her grow up and turn red… then we can share her… if you still come in June… we really could share Hot Tomato!!!!
Wow! It must be warm enough!……I look at my trees after the snow we had 2 weeks ago and they still look sick!

But I am glad you have a new baby!…..Have a great evening!……..In Christ’s Love…….Monic

RYC–Hi Sis! Thanks for stopping by to comment during my absence. I did stop in to check comments, and ones like yours brought me needed smiles. Thank you–and it’s good to be back.
Home grown tomatoes are my favorite food in the world, and I never see one until the end of July. This is amazing. I thought you were in a cold climate. Did you grow it in the house or what? I hope you save it for me! What does tomato lady have to say about this?
